How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

My item hasn’t arrived yet , is it normal ?

Delivery takes about 3 to 5 weeks . If it’s less than 5 weeks , please be patient your item must be on the way. If your itemis still not there after 8 weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund you 100%. This happens only in a very exceptional way.

Why does the shipping take so long ?

To avoid storage and labour costs , our items are located abroad . This way we can offer you items at very competitive prices

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Yes it is , you have 24 hours starting from the moment you placed your order. Just send us an email , we will cancel your order and refund you .

There are some items missing in my order, where are they?

We have a lot of providers .When you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). If you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same package.

How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

Click on the “Track Order” tab and enter your order number and the e-mail address you entered when ordering. You will see if the status of the order is in “processed” or “untreated” mode.

Do you ship abroad?

Absolutely, we can ship all over the world apart in Iran.

My item is damaged, can I have a refund?

Absolutely, if your item is broken, send it back to us and we will refund you.

 I am not satisfied with my order, can I be refunded?

Absolutely, contact us and we will tell you how . You have 15 days from the day you have receides your items . All you have to do is send us the item and we will refund it 100%. The return costs are on you.

Can I contact you by phone?

Because of speed, we do not take calls on the phone. Processing an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while a call lasts an average of several minutes. To avoid fees and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by e-mail. Please do know that we do not ignore anyone and respond quickly. If you have doubts, test it out.
